Brunello Cucinelli presented their Fall/Winter 2023 Menswear Collection on Jan 13. at Milan Fashion Week. This collection was built around the importance of time and the different ways it exists in our lives: the time needed to collect experiences which cultivate wisdom and knowledge, the time poured into artisanal creation, the time that each garment has to renew itself in various combinations of outfits. Each look is distinguished by one key garment meant to be the focus, and is appreciated by the various number of combinations it can exist in. Brunello Cucinelli created this collection out of fine fabrics such as donegal, chevron, and broken twill weave, embodying the journey of curating new looks from classic materials. The color palette takes on intense tones, inspired by historic wine blends and their shades of red-barbera, burgundy, maroon-and are presented against grayish hues. Overall, the collection is tied together with gradients of beige, camel, sand, and ecru, with deep and light blues. This collection exists for almost any occasion, offering suits, knitwear, accessories, and an elegant evening selection inspired by 1950’s and 1960’s Hollywood.
