On Tuesday, February 6, the communities of art, fashion, and music gathered at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont to celebrate the US premiere of Oliver Leith and Matt Copson’s Last Days, an opera inspired by Gus Van Sant’s film of the same name. Last Days debuted Tuesday evening at the Walt Disney Concert Hall with the LA Philharmonic, a special viewing that showcased in the states for one night only, following it's run at London's Royal Opera House. The sold-out show, conducted by British composer and pianist Thomas Adés, featured a performance by Titane’s Agathe Rousselle and costumes designed by Balenciaga.
The exclusive afterparty was produced by Svetlana Marich, founder of Photonia Art Event Production Company, with the help of TCOLLECTION Private Contemporary Art Foundation, founded by art collector Tatiana Fileva. Guests such as Chloë Sevigny, Phoebe Bridgers, Leonardo DiCaprio, Chris Rock, and Charli XCX danced to DJ sets performed by Caroline Polacheck, Skrillex, and True Blue.
