The whirlwind of travel ushers in a sea of emotions, producing excitement or melancholy or anticipation that crescendos as one reaches their destination. Louis Vuitton's Fall Winter 2025 collection encapsulates the exhilaration of a journey while sustaining ease for the stylish traveler, through billowing skirts, oversized jackets and patterned scarf ties.

The show brings audiences to a cultural center of 19th century railroad travel, the L’Étoile du Nord, a soon-to-reopen train station near the Gare du Nord. The collection breathes fresh energy into the station, presenting a group of travelers that evoke the same intrepidness as voyagers from centuries past. The transition from boxy, half-buttoned jackets to relaxed, lacy dresses represents the diversity of “the adventure” — to close a life-changing business deal, or reunite with a forsaken lover. Looks are accompanied with Louis Vuitton bags and luggage, perhaps the greatest manifestations of the brand’ impact on travel.

In a collaboration with electro group Kraftwerk, Louis Vuitton integrates elements of the group’s iconic “Trans-Europe Express” album in certain pieces — underscoring the spirit of railroad travel. Louis Vuitton's use of diverse fabrics and silhouettes honors the stylish narratives developed over decades past, while infusing a chicness and drama that reimagines adventures of the future.
