Artist [Alma Allen](https://www.instagram.com/almaallen/?hl=es-la), who has created a robotic machine that helps create his sculptures, will be exhibiting the art at [Kasmin](https://www.kasmingallery.com) on January 23rd from 6-8pm. On display will be a 16 foot tall sculpture inspired by the scenery and landscape outside of the artist’s own studio. His work frequently uses foraged wood as well as carved stone and cast bronze. While his pieces have ranged in sizes this momentous structure evokes a sense of sublime grandness. The Mexico-based sculptor will be presenting a publication of a monograph by Rizzoli shortly in Spring 2020.
