Several sculptures of giant seashells, gold checkers and Louis Vuitton emblems painted over their creamy surface, grace a perfectly manicured lawn. In between them stands an upright surfboard, a comfortable lawn chair and a perfect stack of trunks, all covered in the same pattern of the French luxury house’s motifs in watercolor shades of red and orange. This is where guests of Louis Vuitton’s garden party posed on Saturday, dressed in their summer finest and ready to enjoy a charming afternoon in the East Hamptons. The lavish affair was hosted by Marie-Chantal of Greece, Natalie Massenet and Derek Blasberg at a private estate.

Those in attendance were invited to enjoy all that Louis Vuitton had to offer, which was exactly the kind of fun you’d expect from an opulent garden party. There were oversized Jenga towers and corn hole sets emblazoned with the fashion house’s logo. There were games of croquet and badminton to be joined and champagne, caviar and custom pizzas to be consumed. Guests—all dressed to the nines in flowing summer dresses and crisp polo shirts of course—could take a turn around the impressive estate, complete with a lush canopy of trees and a private pool. Louis Vuitton also decorated the space with multiple versions of their luggage for guests to admire, with an artist doing on-site personalizations for those who decided simply looking isn’t enough.

Among the guests were Marie-Chantal’s husband and daughter, Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece and Princess Olympia of Greece. Also in attendance were Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, Lauren Santo Domingo, Louisa Jacobson, Molly Sims, Will Arnett and Alessandra Brawn, Gayle King, Cleo Wade, Evan Ross Katz, Jacquelyn Jablonski, Deborra-Lee Furness, Rachel Zoe, Gucci Westman, Paul Wesley and Crystal Reed, amongst others.

The event was a celebration of Louis Vuitton’s burgeoning presence in the Hamptons. With the opening of their store in the area in May 2023, they are the newest to join the flock of European luxury houses—Cartier, Chanel and Gucci among them—setting up camp on East Hampton’s main street.
