On the night of June 4th, the elegance of Italy merged with the energy of New York, resulting in a truly unforgettable event. Franciacorta, the renowned sparkling wine region from Italy, hosted a dinner at Antica Pesa, an authentic restaurant originally from Rome. Guests from a wide range of industries all came together to ‘cheers’ the finest wine, appreciate delicious cuisine, and ultimately celebrate the finer things in life.

Franciacorta is more than just a wine, a region, or a brand. Franciacorta is an experience, rich with history and cultural identity. These excellent sparkling wines are made in the Italian province of Lombardy, using the same technique as champagne. Franciacorta is one of the most prominent areas for viticulture in the world, a true symbol of timeless sophistication.

Located in Williamsburg, Antica Pesa was the ideal place for such a classy event. It’s the New York location of a fourth generation family owned restaurant. The Panella family is devoted to Roman hospitality.

The President of Franciacorta, Silvano Brescianini, hosted the event which brought many remarkable individuals together in a beautiful space. Tradition and modernity are fused together in this memorable night and in Franciacorta wines.
