Renowned French crystal house Lalique have made their way to Beverly Hills for a sojourn at the Waldorf Astoria. Launching this week, Lalique alongside their much lauded vineyard, Vignobles Silvio Denz teamed up to create an immersive wine and chocolate tasting at the hotel's intimate lobby bar. The Lawren Howell designed space transports guests from 90210 to Bordeaux, alongsideelegant floral arrangements by ISA ISA. The experience also spotlights several of Lalique’s iconic pieces like Cactus, Languedoc, and Champs-Elysées, setting the tone for luxurious sips and nibbles.
“Our team is excited to unveil this stunning new space, paired with such a delectable tasting program. Hotel guests and locals alike will enjoy French wines perfectly paired with sweet treats freshly prepared by our world-class pastry team,” said Chef Steve Benjamin, Culinary Director at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. “There is a natural synergy as we continue building upon our longstanding partnership with Lalique, which can be seen in various places throughout the hotel including the main entrance door handles and crystal paneling in the Lobby Lounge Bar.”
The wine and chocolate tasting experience includes a flight of three wines from Vignobles Silvio Denz. Each wine is served in glassware from Lalique’s 100 Points Collection and paired with a gourmet chocolate, inspired by the wine's profile, and crafted by the Waldorf Astoria team. Reservations are available HERE through the end of October.
