Turning off of Music Square West in Nashville’s Music Row, Motif stands amidst world-renowned record labels and historic recording studios, home of country music and frequented by musical sensations such as Elvis Presley and Dolly Parton. Motif on Music Row opened in March 2024 and offers guests both short and extended stays. The building itself stands on the exact spot that housed the United Artists Tower, a recording space constructed in 1974 by members of Elvis Presley’s backup band.
Each suite in the newly-built hotel includes everything a visitor could want for a long-term stay, including a fully furnished kitchen complete with an oven, dish washer, microwave, and full-size fridge as well as a washer and dryer. The bedrooms have a modern, clean-cut feel with marble and wood surfaces and deep blue-hued accents, embellished with burnt orange leather furniture and an array of potted plants.
Those who don’t want to leave their beloved animal at home are welcome to bring their dog to Nashville and are encouraged to visit the Motif’s onsite dog washing station (coming soon) or stop by the Sundry Shop to grab a locally made pet treat.
The hotel boasts a resort-style rooftop pool and lounge where guests can relax in cushioned poolside cabanas, mimosa in hand, taking in the spectacular urban landscape. For those wishing to get in a workout, the fitness center is stocked full of new equipment and brilliant natural light, while the game lounge will entertain children and adults alike with a ping pong table and other activities.
A distinctly Nashville restaurant and bar will open on the hotel’s ground floor later this year, but in the meantime, Motif’s website recommends a detailed array of nearby restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and attractions.
For those interested in visiting the bustling city of Nashville this coming summer to taste its famous hot chicken, tour RCA Studio B, or hear that famous Nashville Sound, the Motif on Music Row is offering 25% off stays of 3 nights or more until September 3rd.
