From my first steps, I was enveloped in a serene atmosphere, where every detail exuded grace and refinement, which was no surprise as the first Japanese-owned hotel in NY. The hotel offers 150 lodging options, comprising 109 redesigned guest rooms and suites unveiled during its reopening. The space was inhabited by minimalist yet elegant decor, featuring clean lines, natural materials, and subtle touches of Japanese craftsmanship. I found myself enveloped in a sense of warmth and comfort that transcended mere accommodation.

For dinner, The Prince Kitano offers a thoughtful prepared and nourishing experience at the location’s highly-received restaurant on the lower floor, Hakubai – an upscale eatery showcasing the artful essence of Japanese kaiseki, curated by Executive Chef Jun Hiramatsu.
